Connect your POS

Why the POS comes first

Sales, orders, labor and items all come from your POS. Without it AI COO has nothing to compare, so it is the one required connection.

Connect it

1. Open Connections.
2. Find your POS in the list and choose Connect.
3. Sign in to your POS when asked, and approve access.
4. Pick the stores it should cover.

Each store keeps its own POS connection, so a multi-store brand connects each one.

After you connect

The first sync pulls recent history so AI COO can learn each store's normal range. That can take a while for a long history. The connection shows its status and the time of the last sync.

• AI COO reads every source you connect. To stop it reading one, disconnect it.
• Brand-wide sources such as reviews or ads are connected once for the whole brand.
