The three steps

Setup takes three steps, in this order.

1. Connect data. Connect your POS. It is the only source you need to start.
2. Confirm locations. Check that each store matches the right brand and address.
3. Configure AI COO. Choose who receives the daily brief, how, and when.

What happens next

AI COO starts reading as soon as your POS has synced. Your first levers appear within 24 hours of data sync.

It sends at most one lever per store per day, and only to stores that need one. On a day when a store is running normally, you get a quiet brief instead of a made-up task.

Connect accounting next. It is not required, but it lets AI COO look at margin and profit.
