Make more fromthe store you have.

AI COO reads your POS overnight.By 7:00 AM you know what’s costing you, and the fix.

An owner in an apron checks a tablet at a café counter.

Built for the ownerwho is also on shift.

Measured against your own store, and quiet when nothing needs you.

An owner reads his phone in an empty dining room before opening.
  • The one thing worth doing today.

A named problem, the figure behind it, and what to do about it. No dashboard to dig through.

  • Compared with your own weeks.

A slow Tuesday is judged against your other Tuesdays, so a normal dip stays quiet and a real drop shows up.

  • Nothing to say is an answer.

When the store is running normally, the brief says so. It never invents a problem to fill the morning.

Less time in reports.More money in the till.

The same POS you already have, read for you every night.

With AI COO: One text at 7:00 AM with what needs you today.

  • Today: A slow Tuesday that might be nothing, or might be the start of something.

With AI COO: Judged against your own Tuesdays, so only a real drop reaches you.

  • Today: Discounts and voids you notice at month-end, if at all.

With AI COO: Priced the next morning, against your own last few weeks.

  • Today: A to-do list that is never empty.

Franchisees FAQs

  • Franlever checks your connected store data and sends a brief naming the most useful lever for the day. It can flag a change in discounts, refunds, average ticket, or hourly labor where available, then explain what to check. You can focus on the store without assembling several reports first.

  • No. A supported POS is enough to begin. Square, Toast, and PAR Brink connect today. Google Business Profile adds reviews and ratings, and Google Analytics adds website context. Other sources are only available once their Connections listing is live.

  • Yes. Choose email, text, or both when configuring AI COO, with SMS requiring opt-in. You can reply DONE, LATER, or WRONG by text, or ask a question about your store in the same thread.

  • Yes. Choose owner-only delivery. If you later want a GM to receive the store’s lever, add them as a delivery contact and choose owner-and-GM delivery. They confirm their email and separately opt into texts.

  • The brief can say the store is running normally and send no lever. A useful recommendation needs a real change and something worth doing. Franlever does not invent a task just because a daily brief is scheduled.

  • Monthly billing is $199 for one active location. Annual billing is $1,990 for the year, equivalent to $165.83 per month. Unlimited users are included. The pricing page shows the billing options, and the current signup route is the waitlist.
