Getting started with Franlever
Connect a supported POS, confirm your locations, and configure AI COO. Choose the stores it covers, owner-only or owner-and-GM delivery, channels, and schedule. Setup starts with your data so the first brief is grounded in your stores.
The first brief follows a successful data sync and an enabled AI COO schedule. Allow time for the initial import and location mapping. The depth of the brief depends on the records available; missing history cannot support a reliable trend.
7:00 AM is the default morning schedule. Owners receive briefs on their own configured time zone; each GM’s store lever follows that store’s time zone. Check the schedule and time zones during setup if your locations span several states.
No. With owner-and-GM delivery enabled, AI COO sends the store’s lever automatically and your brief states where it went. Choose owner-only delivery if you want the brief to stay with you. Your team decides how to carry out the work.
GMs can reply DONE, LATER, or WRONG by text, or tell AI COO when they are away. The owner’s brief keeps the store covered and identifies an away GM. A reply records what the person reported; it is not independent proof that the work was completed.
