Who gets the brief, and when

What you choose

In Edit AI COO, per brand, you choose which stores it covers, how often, and where it goes.

  • Channels. Email, text, or both. Owners and general managers each pick their own.
  • Recipients. Owner and GM, or owner only.
  • Schedule. Daily, or weekly on a day you pick.

Who is on the list

Scope and audience are separate. Edit AI COO decides which stores a brief covers. The store roster decides who hears it: each store's owners and general managers, and corporate members with access to that brand. Add a general manager to a store and they are on the list.

A general manager receives only their own store's lever. The owner's copy says where each lever went.

Daily and weekly

A daily brief is today's levers. A weekly brief covers what moved over the week, store by store, with the week's levers as a count and a link.

General managers always get a daily lever, even on a weekly brand. A staffing or labor problem should not wait a week.

Time zones

A brief arrives on the reader's own clock. Members set theirs in Settings, Profile. A general manager's follows the store's time zone.

If you read several brands, you get one morning email with a section per brand.
