One AI COO per brand

Each brand has one AI COO. It reads every source you have connected for that brand's stores: sales, orders, hourly labor, items, reviews, and accounting if you add it.

What it compares

Each store is compared with its own recent weeks, and with the middle store in the same brand. A lever needs a real change against the store's own normal range.

A store running normally gets no lever. AI COO does not pad a brief to reach a number.

What it will not do

• It does not judge or discipline a named employee. Levers are about stores.
• It does not tell anyone to skip a break, work off the clock, or leave early.
• A staffing change is always next week's schedule, never a cut to someone already working.
