How to set up AI COO in your first week
Connect a POS, confirm your locations, choose who hears the brief. The first one arrives within a day of the first sync.
1. Connect data
A POS is the only requirement. Accounting is the recommended next connection. Scheduling, inventory, reviews and ads each sharpen the brief, and none of them block the first one.
2. Confirm locations
Check each store's name, address and owners, and add each GM's name, email and mobile number. GMs confirm their own email and opt into texts themselves; until they do, their store's lever goes to the owner.
3. Configure AI COO
Choose Owner only or Owner + GM, email or text for each, and the time. Delivery is automatic. The first brief usually arrives within 24 hours of the first sync, and some mornings it will say nothing needs you — that's an answer, not a gap.
