Franlever in Claude
What it does
The Franlever connector lets Claude read your stores' data. Ask why a store's sales moved, compare locations, see which stores need attention, or read what AI COO sent this week.

Add Franlever to Claude
- You need a Franlever workspace with a connected POS, and a Franlever sign-in.
- In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors. Find Franlever in the directory, or choose Add custom connector and enter
https://app.franlever.com/mcp. - Sign in to Franlever when asked, then choose Allow read-only access.
- Start a chat and ask about your stores.
What Claude can read
- Workspaces and stores you can already open in Franlever.
- Sales, orders, average ticket, hourly labor, review score, and waste, with daily history for a store.
- The signals behind a store's lever, and the levers and briefs AI COO has sent.
- Hourly coverage, channel mix, weekday patterns, product mix, and customer reviews.
- For corporate members with brand access, franchise disclosure filings and market context.
Claude sees what your role sees. A Franchise Owner sees their own stores. A brand-scoped Admin sees that brand's stores.
What Claude cannot do
Access is read-only, and the database enforces it. Claude cannot change settings, send a message, answer a lever, or reply to a review. General managers who receive AI COO texts do not get a Franlever sign-in and cannot connect Claude.
Turn access off
A Workspace Owner or Admin can turn assistant access on or off for the workspace, and for Claude alone, in Settings, then Assistants. Anyone can disconnect Franlever in Claude's connector settings.
Your data
Franlever returns your workspace data to Claude only when you ask for it. See the privacy policy and terms of service.
